The 2019 Mourvèdre from Tablas Creek Vineyard is a focused and expressive example of this Rhône variety. The fruit comes from limestone rich soils in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles. After harvest, the team destemmed the grapes and fermented them with native yeasts in large wooden tanks. The wine then aged in 1,200 gallon French oak foudres. This approach maintains purity and transparency. Therefore, the wine reflects the Tablas Creek style with clarity.
