The 2019 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon from their famed Monte Bello estate in the Santa Cruz Mountains perfectly captures that legacy. The blend is led by Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc. Each varietal is fermented separately using native yeast before being aged in American oak barrels.
