Tablas Creek Côtes de Tablas Blanc 2019 is a standout white blend from California’s Paso Robles. Inspired by the white wines of the Rhône Valley, it brings together Viognier (44%), Marsanne (29%), Grenache Blanc (19%), and Roussanne (8%). All grapes are estate-grown in limestone-rich soils and certified organic and biodynamic.
A Calm Season, A Refined Result
The 2019 growing season brought a cool and steady climate. As a result, the fruit ripened slowly and evenly. This balance shows in the wine’s clarity, freshness, and textured depth.
Lively Aromatics, Elegant Texture
Expect aromas of citrus blossom, peach, and wet stone. On the palate, ripe nectarine and tangerine meet creamy texture and a clean mineral edge. Although generous in flavor, the wine stays lifted and bright. Its structure is elegant, never heavy.
A Wine of Intent and Craft
Tablas Creek ferments all lots with native yeasts and avoids unnecessary additions. Because the wine is made entirely at the estate, quality remains high and transparent. Their biodynamic farming adds energy and focus to the final wine.
Ideal with Food, Delightful on Its Own
Pair this wine with grilled seafood, sushi, goat cheese, or summer vegetables. However, it also holds its own as an aperitif or with lighter fare. Serve chilled and enjoy its layered expression of fruit and stone.
A Transatlantic Favorite, Found only here
We are proud to include this white Rhône-style blend in our French-Connection series. Sourced directly from the estate, it represents the shared vision of the Perrin family and Tablas Creek. It’s rarely available outside the U.S., but thanks to our direct-import model, you can now enjoy it in Europe.
