In the Finger Lakes, Living Roots crafts expressive, textured wines from varieties like Riesling, Grüner Veltliner, and Pinot Noir. These wines are shaped by the region’s glacial soils, high elevation sites, and long, temperate growing season. Their winemaking style is minimalist and transparent with no heavy oak and no unnecessary additions. Just pure fruit, clean lines, and the energy of their landscape.

What makes Living Roots stand out is its dual hemisphere vision. While their Finger Lakes wines are made in Rochester, NY, their Australian range is produced in the Adelaide Hills. This makes them the only U.S. winery with a year-round, dual vintage approach and allows them to learn, adapt, and innovate constantly across two very different terroirs.
