At americanwine.club, we bring you a white wine that speaks the language of both tradition and place. The 2019 Côtes de Tablas Blanc from Tablas Creek is a classic Rhône-style blend made in Paso Robles from estate-grown fruit. Composed of 44% Viognier, 29% Marsanne, 19% Grenache Blanc, and 8% Roussanne, this vintage captures the signature of the limestone-rich soils and coastal influence of the Adelaida District.
It opens with lifted aromas of citrus blossom, fresh nectarine, and wet stones. On the palate, the wine is expressive yet finely balanced. Notes of ripe peach and tangerine are underpinned by a creamy texture and a clean, mineral-driven finish. There’s a quiet power in its structure — generous without ever being heavy.
The 2019 growing season allowed the fruit to ripen slowly and evenly. The result is a wine that pairs well with food but also stands confidently on its own. Think grilled fish, sushi, summer salads, or goat cheese with honey.
This is a wine made with care: certified organic, biodynamic, fermented with native yeasts and bottled at the estate. We are proud to offer it. Part of our “French-Connection” wines.
