It’s all about balance — a broad, creamy texture playing against vibrant acidity and freshness. Intensely aromatic, with honey, beeswax, and pear mingling with hints of crème anglaise. Subtle tones of just-ripe forest berries, melon rind, and prickly pear carry through on a long, electric finish.
Composed of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, the grapes were pressed using a traditional Champagne cycle and press cut. Fermented naturally — both primary and malolactic — in barrels and wooden tanks, with 6.5% reserve wine in the final blend. No sulfur was used during élevage, and the wine was bottled with no dosage.
