Living Roots is a young transatlantic winery producing crisp, expressive wines from New York’s Finger Lakes and Australia’s Adelaide Hills. Their Rieslings and Pinot Noirs from the Finger Lakes capture the clarity and energy of one of the most exciting cool-climate wine regions in the United States.
In the heart of New York’s Finger Lakes region, Living Roots crafts a Chardonnay that combines clarity with character. The 2024 vintage captures a season where cool nights preserved brightness and warmth allowed full flavour development. This Chardonnay opens with aromas of white peach, green apple and fine chalky minerality. On the palate you’ll find crisp pear, subtle citrus and a silky texture carried by gentle acidity and a clean finish. Sourced from estate‑tracts in the Finger Lakes region and produced with minimal intervention, this wine offers a stylish alternative to classic Chardonnay profiles. Serve chilled around 10‑12 °C and pair with grilled seafood, creamy pasta or roast chicken.
