At americanwine.club, we proudly offer the 2021 Tradition Rosé from Cruse Wine Co.—a sparkling wine that redefines what California bubbly can be. Rather than aiming for lightness or simplicity, this wine delivers depth, structure, and emotional resonance.
Winemaker Michael Cruse crafted this rosé from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, grown across expressive vineyard sites in Napa, Mendocino, and the Sierra Foothills. These cool-climate regions bring freshness and nuance to the fruit. After harvest, the wine underwent secondary fermentation in bottle using the méthode traditionnelle. It then rested sur lie for over two years, gaining texture, complexity, and a fine mousse.
Right from the first pour, you’ll notice lifted aromas of roasted strawberry, brioche, sweet red cherry, and cream. On the palate, the wine balances richness with vibrant acidity. A chalky, saline finish brings precision and length. Every detail feels intentional.
Although delicious now, this rosé rewards thoughtful pairing. Try it with duck breast, wild mushroom risotto, or grilled shellfish. Serve chilled at 10–12 °C and consider decanting for 15 minutes to let it open up.
For us at americanwine.club, this wine carries deep personal meaning—it was our engagement wine. That moment marked a new chapter in our lives, and this bottle captured it perfectly. We believe every wine should tell a story. This one certainly does.
Because of its limited production, the 2021 Tradition Rosé is rarely seen outside the United States. We’re honored to bring it to our European community, exclusively. Celebrate a milestone or make an ordinary night extraordinary.
