The 2020 Kronos Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is the crown jewel of Cathy Corison’s legendary Napa Valley lineup. Sourced from her own organically farmed estate vineyard, it reflects one of the last remaining old-vine Cabernet sites in the region. Planted in 1971 on the western Rutherford bench, Kronos is known for low yields, deep roots, and exceptional concentration.
This vintage carries extra weight. 2020 was the final harvest before wildfires touched Napa, making it a historic bottling. The wine delivers power and restraint, with deep fruit, fresh acidity, and the elegance Cathy Corison is known for. Blackcurrant, graphite, violets, and cedar unfold on the nose. The palate is precise and layered, finishing with minerality and fine tannins. It is a wine built to age for decades.
Very few bottles reach Europe. U.S. allocations often sell out before release. That’s why we are incredibly proud to offer this wine at americanwine.club – strictly limited to one bottle per customer.
We extend our sincere thanks to K&U Weinhalle, Corison’s longtime German importer, for their trust and collegial spirit in making this possible.
