The 2024 Semi-Dry Riesling from Weis Wines delivers juicy fruit, vibrant acidity, and just a touch of sweetness. Grown on the slopes near Keuka Lake, this Finger Lakes white shows why the region is a rising star for cool-climate wines.
You’ll notice aromas of green apple, pear, and white blossoms. On the palate, the wine brings ripe peach, zesty lime, and a hint of honey. Crisp acidity and a streak of minerality give it lift and structure. With just enough residual sugar, the wine feels round yet refreshing.
This versatile Riesling pairs beautifully with spicy dishes, creamy pasta, or relaxed evenings on the patio. It stands out for its balance, clarity, and drinkability.
German-born winemaker Hans Peter Weis has built a strong following with wines that show precision and purity. The 2023 vintage received 92 points from James Suckling and a Silver medal from the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition. The 2024 release continues this legacy with bright flavors and finesse.
