This expressive white blend brings together fruit from several top sites in the region and combines five classic southern Rhône varietals: Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne, Marsanne and Clairette Blanche.
The 2020 vintage began with a delayed bud‑break due to a cool spring, followed by a compressed summer and an early finish. The result is a wine that achieves excellent flavor concentration, crisp acid structure and fine minerality. Whole‑cluster pressed and fermented on native yeasts in stainless steel, this wine captures clarity and vibrancy.
On the nose you’ll detect notes of nectarine, pink grapefruit pith, wheat‑grass and mint. The palate offers creamy vanilla custard texture, apricot fruit and meyer‑lemon brightness, finishing with clean minerality and green‑herb undertones.
This wine is versatile and food‑friendly — ideal with shellfish, ceviche, summer salads, lemon‑drizzled fish or vegetable stir‑fry. Serve chilled at around 10‑12 °C.
